Principle of filling through the cap
What is a spouted pouch?
A flexible pouch with a spout (top center or corner). Ideal for liquids , semi-viscous and pasty (juices, sauces, gels, cosmetics, detergents).
How is the filling done?
- The nozzle is introduced into the dosing station.
- The product is dosed automatically via pump (lobe, peristaltic, gear).
- The cap is fitted and sealed (torque check).
The process is hygienic , fast and CIP/SIP compatible .

- No bag opening, no final sealing → time saving .
